Analyse this .....

I keep thinking sometime that ,
Why do we have to earn just 3 to 4 lakhs per annum putting our brains to work , when some people earn it in few days/months in show buisness ???
Why do we have to work so hard but then just end up living normal life when some people live luxuriously?
Why should people invent /achieve something when its just gonna be forgotten in few days and doesnt get enough lime light , whereas in the showbiz people get publicity even if they sneeze.
Why should we study so hard to get good engineering/MBBS degrees when people who have not even passed 10th grade earn so much?
Who is superior? who is considered to be smart ? who is intelligent ? who gets the fame ? who is more successfull? who gets to live a luxurious life?
Does the degree which we hold and nature of work we do bring us / give us any added advantage than the ones in the show buisness?

I just wish that the world would start giving importance and throw more light to people who really deserve the fame and publicity , I mean a life saving doctor , a scientist and his research , an engineer and his invention , an extra smart student who has accomplished something in academics, a philosopher with his work , a successfull enterpreneur,
rather than the film stars and their break ups and link ups news and all such crap.

Film stars and show buisness are just for entertaining us and entertainment is just a small part of our life , if you are gonna miss a movie/ tv show your life is not gonna end .

If not the world i just wish that Indians atleast show least importance and curiosity to show buisness news and start appreciating other fellow citizens who excel in their work and bring them to light , so that our future generation can have good icons to inspire them .

I just wish that every child is given enough freedom to choose and grow in whichever field he/she wants to and become an expert in that .
By this India would have real talented and smart individuals who are experts in their respective chosen field in future.

Had a peaceful Bday this year….
The gifts I receive are getting expensive year after year, may be am turning precious year after year to my closed ones …..
Got an Ipod Shuffle, Watch set with 20 straps and what not….
My friends@ work had thrown me a surprise bday bash on dec 31st itself, Planned and executed by Ashwini . Others were Saranya, Sreyashi,Swati,Balesh I must say these gals are such lovely gifts themselves for me from the year 2007.
Got to cut 3 cakes this time…hee he…

Time just runs so fast, hope it takes a break, I don’t want to grow old soon ……..hee hee…

My wish/wants list for this year is quite long :
My wishes this year conjures up to make a point of- what I want out of me more than what I want from others.

I want to -stay fit (this tops my list as usual).
I want to -be more patient.
I want to - learn to respect people, everyone is not my family / boyfriend to boss around….hee hee
I want to – stop being a spoilt brat.
I want to – avoid my mood swings and try to be happy.
I want to - stop getting irritated for stupid jokes from stupid people.
I want to - learn cooking.
I want to – learn driving and own a car.
I want to – stop gorging on fast food.
I want to –stop fumbling with the opportunities given and to strike the Iron when it’s hot.
I want to – become smarter.
I want to – do good thing to others.

Women's Day Out

Acc has a lot of GPTW (Great Place To Work) clubs - "Vaahini" is an all women's club ,dedicated exclusively to all the ">" ladies .
In one of its mailer , the club had announced a Contest and 160 gals to mail back would be taken to a resort, and i was one among them .
Nov 24 th was the date fixed. Saranya bagged the last minute seat as one of my other colleague dropped out , and u know what i had told her before when she dint get the Ticket that hey just wait anything might happen ..and waalaaaaa she got it :) some times i do predict things well hee hee.

We both along with 100 of other gals had a blast in the "Royal Orchid Resort - Doddi" .
Its a nice place, to relax and enjoy . There were games organsied which were very interesting , 'Misguided Missiles' tats we called our team .hee hee
There was Mehendi ,Nail coloring etc etc
We had a rocking time, in the Disco tech with DJ being dominated by us and our requests for fav numbers.
Day ended with good food and music :)

Ethnic Day @ work-2

We celebrated Ethnic day recently, we were thrilled to be draped in sari's yet again.. This is the second Ethnic day in my office since i joined.
Though we managed to convince the whole team to be in Ethnic wear, u know some ppl dont hearrrrr u!!!!!!!
We had a blast as usual, having Ramp walks and then again Photo shoots ,Cakes ,Choclates what not.
Me wrapped in Green,Ash was dashing in Pink,Saranya shining in Cream and name a colour you would find them.
I just hope next Ethnic Day would be on a day far off from now as we dont want to loose that charm by having it very often :) .

Friends@Work

Our project brought in some fresher’s and don’t ask me work life is changed since then …. Now there are huge amounts of masti at work place too….
The only issue is am not able to allocate much time as them cos am a year senior and have lil more responsibilities and work.
But that doesn’t stop us from having fun .
Sreyashi,Ashwini,Saranya, Pavithra are the new joiners.
Swati and I have got lots of company now. We try to make our day as much lively and fun as possible by pulling each others legs and jokes.
Nadeem has got lot of gals in his proj to keep him company now.. hee hee….

Hungama @ Fun World

Me,Praveen,Sowmya,Nadeem and suman (my collegemates) had been to Fun World in the first weekend of Nov.
We broke our bones in some of the rides, Fun World aint so safe.
Its high time the Fun World owners take some interest and do arrange some more safety measures .
But then we had good time there.
sowmya is posted in Hyderabad permanently so she comes once in a while and we dint want to miss out the chance.
We were dangerously hanging in many rides, with me screaming all the while Nadeem was big time ragging me .
Praveen was a good observer that day and suman our camera man hee hee .
One interesting aspect of Suman is he was so scared of heights tat he dint accompany us in many rides but u know wat u can find his snap in each and every ride which was taken when the machines were stopped :) hee hee

They just irritated me to hell.... It just boils down to the fact that evrybody wants to be treated well,, but they left me screaming..Excuse me Excuse me :( ,which happens to be my dialog now and then,when happy,sad, angry and wat not :)
